- Diversity
Bringing together diverse opinions, experiences, aspirations, and values is an essential aspect of E-IPER’s interdisciplinary, solutions-based education and research. E-IPER encourages applications from international students, members of under-served racial and ethnic minority groups, individuals with non-traditional academic training, and others whose backgrounds and experiences would make significant contributions to a more diverse community.
Admission to E-IPER is highly selective, and applicants are encouraged to discuss in their application how factors such as background, life and work experiences, advanced studies, extracurricular or community activities, culture, socio-economic status, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation would advance E-IPER’s mission to train the next generation of environmental leaders and scholars.
