- To facilitate its students' academic success and career development, E-IPER provides a rich intellectual environment of community-building activities and funding opportunities. E-IPER is an active collaborator with the Woods Institute for the Environment, the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, the Precourt Institute for Energy Efficiency, the Center for Ocean Solutions, and many others in the Stanford environmental community.
